About Annie Tran.

Annie teaches people of all ages skills for daily living, be it handwriting and fine motor skills, social skills or understanding emotions and behaviours of themselves and others. Annie supports individuals, their caregivers and support team to build independence in the home, school/workplace and community environments. This is done through skills training and careful consideration of one’s functional capacity, environment, existing and necessary supports, and assistive technology recommendations.

Annie brings a fun approach to supporting one’s commitment in daily life, assisting them to embrace their strengths and also life lessons or challenges that can support their life learning and development.

Sarah comes with extensive experience helping all ages including:

• Adults.
• Families
• Appointments are usually about 45-60 mins.

Fee-

Total 190. [Out of pocket – 110.95] Medicare pays 79.05.

To claim Medicare rebate you will need a specific referral from your Doctor. This referral is called a Mental Health Care Plan or Chronic disease management plan or Eating disorder care plan.

Your doctor decides whether you fulfil the criteria for this type of referral.
